Eating in such a manner will allow a consistent intake of nutrients, especially protein, throughout the day. Eating breakfast according o the N90 guidelines will help stabilise and replenish blood glucose levels and give your brain the energy it needs to function, in addition to helping control appetite so that you don’t feel the need to overindulge in calories later in the day.
