TOMATO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes 400 grams

- Get some fresh tomatoes and dice them up. (N90 prefers organic tomatoes as they are higher in lycopene, vitamin C, phenols and flavonoids than regular tomatoes)
- Put them into a pot and add half a glass of water.
- Simmer on low until they are cooked through.
- Use a slotted scapula to remove all the solid parts of the tomatoes.
- Blend until it forms a smooth paste
- Let cool, and add to your container.
- Freeze or refrigerate
Note that the sauce has no preservatives, and it will only last for a short time compared to commercial brands.

RUBS AND SPICES
N90’s primary to-go-to list for spices are
- Salt
- Pepper ( any type)
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Basil
- Dill
- Mint
- Thyme
- Rosemary leaves
- Paprika
- Cinnamon
N90’s favourite rub is a smokey-flavoured one.
Mix Celtic salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and a smoke-flavoured spice (that is low in sodium)
Rub this over animal meat products, let it sit overnight to absorb all the flavouring, and then cook as desired.
